✨ Women’s History Month Is Here — Let’s Celebrate!

Hey ladies!

It’s March — Women’s History Month!

And while we don’t need a special month to celebrate ourselves (we recognize our achievements every day), it’s always wonderful to see a little extra attention and more initiatives dedicated to women during this time.

Of course, we planned something special for you, too!

This month, Women Tech Meetup is back — and we’re adding something new. After the meetup, we’ll host a private breakfast for female founders, where a small group will have the opportunity to continue the conversation with our panel speakers in a more intimate setting.

Curious? Let’s take a look at what’s coming this month 👇

This Women’s History Month, I’m celebrating choice.
A powerful message to all my female founders and women in tech.

There is no single definition of success for women.
Some build companies.
Some build families.
Some build both.
Some build something entirely different.

None of it makes us more or less valuable.
We are powerful not because we “do it all,”
but because we decide what our “all” looks like.

San Francisco, March 26th, 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM

This special edition of Women Tech Meetup brings together exceptional female CTOs and engineering leaders who are architecting products, scaling teams, and defining the future of tech.

From AI-native startups to high-growth companies, these leaders are making critical decisions about infrastructure, security, velocity, and culture — while building environments where innovation thrives.

We’ll explore:

• What it really takes to become a CTO
• Navigating high-stakes technical decisions
• Building influence in the boardroom
• AI, leverage, and the next era of technical leadership

See you at SHACK15!

San Francisco, March 27th, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

As a follow-up to our Women Tech Meetup on March 26th, we’re bringing together a curated group of female founders for an intimate conversation with Kim Phifer, CTO at Rho, on what it truly takes to build, scale, and lead high-performing technical teams as a woman at a high-growth company.

Think of it as a private AMA — an opportunity to ask your most pressing questions and have an open, honest dialogue about leadership, engineering, and growth.

Expect sharp insights, thoughtful discussion, and meaningful connections.

Delicious breakfast will be served.

Spots are intentionally limited to keep the room intimate and high-signal.

If you are hosting events for female founders & women in tech - we’d love to support!

It’s never happened before...

For the first time, we’re not just hosting our own events.
We’re opening the stage.

This month, if you’re hosting an event for female founders or women in tech — we want to amplify you.

You don’t have to run a female founders community.
You don’t have to be a woman.

If you’re creating meaningful space for women in tech, we want to support you.

New Forbes Article is here!

What happens when software users are no longer human?

Y Combinator’s mantra is simple: make something people want.
But that rule may be changing.

Make something agents want might be the new paradigm.
A new category of startups is emerging — companies building products specifically for machine consumption.

So the question becomes: Are humans no longer the ICP?
Not exactly.

Humans remain the beneficiaries.
But the interface is shifting to agents.

I spoke with founders building in this space to understand how they see the future of software.

This isn’t simply software powered by AI.
It’s software designed to be consumed by AI.
